Qatar Steel
Duct line and steel structure fabrication, process gas and chilled water piping, water treatment plant installation and material-handling equipment at the Qatar Steel plant.
Scope of work
- Fabrication, supply & installation of a duct line (diameter 5.1 m) and the steel structure of the duct line
- Fabricating, installing, testing & commissioning of C.S and UPVC piping for oxygen, argon, natural gas, nitrogen LP & HP and chilled water systems
- Installation, erection, testing & commissioning of a water treatment plant (GRP piping diameter up to 1.4 m)
- Fabrication, supply & installation of steel structure weighing approximately 500 tons
- Installing, erecting and commissioning of a de-dusting system
- Equipment installation: bucket elevator, chevron conveyor, belt conveyor, screw conveyor and steel structure
DEWA
Fabrication, gas piping and mechanical replacement works at DEWA’s D and E stations, plus refurbishment of water distribution points and a manufactured water tanker.
Scope of work
- Fabrication & replacement of boiler hand rail in D station
- Fabrication and installation of natural gas piping
- Replacement of fabric expansion joints at D & E stations
- Replacement of small bore natural gas piping at E-station phase II
- Replacement of HFO tank bottom plate
- Refurbishment of water distribution points at ports
- Fabrication with erection of piping & fitting of duplex suction strainers
- Manufacturing & supply of a 2000 litre water tanker
Ocean 6
Air conditioning, refrigeration, accommodation, electrical, control panel, ventilation and generator works for Ocean 6.

- Installed sea water cooling system and chilled water system

Assembly and erection of feed silos, hopper silos, walkways and chain conveyors, with heavy equipment installation and cable laying at the Zabeel feed mill.

SGS
Kiln and duct cladding, HVC piping, nitrogen and process pipelines, and chilled water line insulation.
Scope of work
- Supply, installation and aluminium cladding of kiln and in-house duct and piping (Gulf Flour Abu Dhabi)
- Design, supply and installation of HVC piping
- Fabrication & installation of nitrogen line piping (Ducab): nitrogen gas, compressed air, by-products and water pipeline with 100% R.T.
- Chilled water line insulation
BK Gulf (Al Manazil Hotel)
Hot and cold water pipelines, pump servicing, valve replacement and swimming pool filtration piping for Al Manazil Hotel.
Scope of work
- Fabrication & installation of cold water & hot water pipelines (UPVC, copper & PPR)
- Servicing of pumps & replacement of valves

Yes. We work from our workshop at Al Jadaf Dry Dock, Dubai, and carry out installation, testing and commissioning on site across the UAE.
