Anchor Marine Engineering designs and manufactures electric heating elements for liquids, air and metal parts, along with hot water calorifiers for hotels, buildings, vessels and industrial plants. Every element is made at our Al Jadaf facility in Dubai and tested before it leaves the workshop.

Most of our range is built on the tubular heating element, formed and fitted to suit the job: mounted on a flange or screw plug for tanks, wound into a spiral, finned for air, or set in a pipeline. Whether you need one replacement matched to an existing heater or a batch for a new system, we build it to your voltage, wattage and material requirements.

This is a manufacturing service. We make new elements rather than repairing old ones, and we work from a sample, a drawing or a written specification.

We are both a heating element manufacturer and a heating element supplier in the UAE: industrial heaters and electric heating elements made in Dubai and delivered across the UAE, from tubular heaters and immersion heaters to spiral heating coils, air heaters and marine oil heaters.

Do you manufacture heating elements or only supply them?

We manufacture them. Heating elements and hot water calorifiers are made at our facility at Al Jadaf, Dubai, to the customer’s voltage, wattage and material specification, and tested before delivery. This is a manufacturing service: we make new elements rather than repairing old ones.

What types of heating elements do you make?

Immersion heaters (flange, screw-plug, spiral and ceramic removable flange), inline heaters, finned tubular and air tubular heaters, open coil furnace heaters, mica space heaters, cartridge heaters, band heaters and hot plates, plus electric hot water calorifiers.

Can you make a replacement element to match an existing one?

Yes. Send us the existing element as a sample, a drawing, or its specifications (voltage, wattage, dimensions, sheath material and fitting) and we will manufacture a matching element.

Which heater type do I need?

It depends on what you are heating. Liquids in tanks and pipelines use immersion or inline heaters; air in ducts, ovens and enclosures uses finned, air tubular, open coil or mica heaters; metal tooling uses cartridge or band heaters; and stored hot water uses a calorifier. If you are not sure, send the application details and we will advise.

Do you make single units or only bulk orders?

Both. We manufacture from single custom units up to bulk supply.

Can you supply a control panel with the heaters?

Yes. We build temperature control panels in-house, with thermostats, digital displays and logic controllers, so heating elements and calorifiers can be supplied with a matching control panel from one workshop.

How is a heating element quoted?

Quotations depend on the specification and quantity. Send a sample, a drawing or the required specifications, and we will confirm the design and prepare a quotation for your project.
